Exercised everyday this week! Drank lots of water. I also started taking supplements this week. I feel like I have a lot more energy.

Working in the afternoon is a real challenge with my eating. I get stressed and want to eat anything. I am packing healthy snacks but it is still a struggle.

I made the time and committed to exercising everyday.

I had difficulty at work again, no eating after my snack. Go home when I start to feel out of control.

I didn’t eat pizza on Friday, I ate a turkey sandwich instead. No mints or candy. Good with water amount. Exercised everyday.

Time between eating, get to bed earlier.

I have got to resist the afternoon candy urge, trolling around drawers and counters looking for chips, cookies, or candy. No evening eating after I have reached my calorie limit. Manage stress levels, early bedtime.
