Long-term goal weight

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

One of my biggest challenges is staying motivated to keep going. I have lost the same 30 lbs. at least 20 times. I struggle to keep the weight off. It feels like I'm either losing or gaining weight.
