Non-scale victory of the week!
during last week i lost and i put again because my body keep water before period... every month i can put even 3kg during pms.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
i trained every day from monday to friday around 1.5 hours. And i did 6000 steps. Before period i feel like bear and i want to eat sweets but i keep myself... Today i needed to remove half kg... I ran under the sun and i did it

i get my 162 pounds and i happy coz i had weight even les put las days i put water, so i ran and i trained for it and keep diet and i lost again
