Non-scale victory of the week!

I ran a 5K with a new Personal record, I ran a10K the following day. I’ve been saying for three years I was gonna run races. Never been a runner. Both of them sucked the entire time, but I did it

I was out of town, so I ate out, a lot. So that hurt me a little.

I actually ran a 5k

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Well, I’m in a training class this week. I’ve gone out to eat every day for lunch, which isn’t normal for me. There isn’t any kitchen facility at the training academy.

I hit the gym for an hour each day. I haven’t had the motivation like I used to. But the hardest part was just going. Once I was there it was easy.
