Non-scale victory of the week!

Discipline when husband has been pushing unhealthy foods. I would eat before going out or wait to get home vs eating out. Also back to the gym.

Last few days have not completely followed the meal plan but did make good Choices. Also could ha bnb e done better on water consumption.
