Non-scale victory of the week!
I exercised every day, twice a day. Walked/ran in the mornings & lifted weights in the afternoons.

I ate too many sweets and later in the evening than I should have :/

To eat within an 8 hour window and fast for 16 hours every day as well as eat more protein and veggies.
