Did a diet before going to vacation, and I am not surprised how I gained so much in just a month!

I should of avoided eating so much junk food during my vacation

Had time to walk a couple of minutes those past days and continue to control my portion, plus drink tea and water.

Avoid temptations, not to eat carbs at all instead of cutting portion.

Because of work I couldnt control myself with the carbs and disnt have time to do exercise :/

I could have tried to resist! But I am glad I did portion control.
