Was able to maintain sanity in the face of overwhelming visitors and multiple celebrations. Diet and exercise went by the wayside though.

Diet, exercise, water intake and basic self care all should have been better.

My pants are fitting looser and I keep having to hike them up. Maybe time for a belt until I fit comfortably in the next size down. Good problem to have.

Could have exercised more but I did want to avoid injuring my knee and back

Non-scale victory of the week!

Although I didn't lose weight over the holiday weekend, I did keep myself from gaining (much). I'll take that as a step in the right direction.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Could have chosen lighter meals and less sauces. Bbq sauce and hoisin sauce are sugary. Also should not have bought ice cream this week.

Non-scale victory of the week!

My challenge this week was the MOD pizza night fundraiser. I'm proud of the way I handled it by looking up the menu in advance and planning light meals for the rest of the day. I was able to keep myself on track when normally that would have been an excuse to go off the rails.

I could probably exercise with a bit more intensity

Exercise a bit more this week. Also keep up the vegetables and water focus. That really seems to work for me. Maybe look up a new recipe to try.

I'm very proud of my progress this week. I drank lots of water and exercised each day. While there was a small amount of snacking I was able to limit and stop myself before going overboard.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I should probably be eating more vegetables and could be more strict about avoiding extra sugar.

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Usually, I start strong and then plateau. Once I get to a certain point I get hungry and tired of depriving myself. So maintaining any weight loss has been nonexistent.
