- My snack today is 1 cup of plain nonfat Greek yogurt, 1 cup of frozen blueberries, and 2 Tbsp of sugar free maple syrup. The frozen blueberries thaw and crystallizes the yogurt, so it’s kind of like a frozen yogurt soft serve. So yummy and protein packed, and only about 215 calories and 23g of protein. So yummy and filling.
