Non-scale victory of the week!
My workout pants are fitting a little looser. My inches list reflect bigger than the scale has.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I have been battling an awful upper respiratory infection for 9 days so it has made working out very difficult. If I could manage to make it completely through a workout without awful coughing fits and feeling like I’m choking that would be great!

Listen to my body and not push too hard until I’m over this sickness. I pushed too hard one day and made it to where I wasn’t able to workout anymore the rest of the week.
