Tuesday: do Pauls clean week and a clean week workout, hit my stepbet goals, and complete a run for RunBet. Go to the market to meal prep. Wednesday - Sunday: follow the clean week diet, do a clean week workout each day. On Wednesday and Thursday do my YMCA classes. Stepbet and RunBet goals. Shoot for 1% weight loss.
