I’ve successfully spent a week with my 4 kids at my parents’ house without feeling overwhelmed or depressed I attribute it to great eating habits and exercise every day

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I’m still giving in to ice cream and some sweets without much hesitation. I’d be just as happy with water, coffee, or nothing.

I was on vacation for the past two weeks with my family and I ran 3+ miles every day but one, with my baby in a jogging stroller.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I snacked when I was bored, and many of the snacks were processed and nutrient-empty I could have snacked less or chosen fruits and veggies instead.
