I cooked some different meals that everyone enjoyed. I had a successful team dinner.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I went to a birthday party for Melissa, Linda, and Kari and didn’t overeat. I had a bit of cake and wine and had a great time.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I’m still working to make my environment work better and to plan ahead more. I had trouble with sleeping too.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Went to a wedding and had a great time with family. I made a few healthier choices and a few imperfect ones but I'm ok with that.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I need to up my exercise a bit when I enjoy more food and/or drinks. I ate more popcorn than I planned to at the movies. Next time I am going to portion out the amount I want to eat and stick to it.

I'm going to stick to plan a bit more this week as it's the home stretch in my DietBets. I think I will shop for some new shoes and exercise wear to help keep the motivation going!

I resisted having a beer even though it sounded good. I am going to limit myself to beer or wine every other day or less.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Some of the portions that I had were too large although the food choices were pretty good.
