Non-scale victory of the week!
I had a non scale victory this week, but I stayed the same and I exercised three times last week so I’m happy with that and no loss but no gain either
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I ate a Big Mac on Tuesday when I should have had a chicken salad instead it would have been better and would have felt better too
