What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?
This month has been difficult for me. I had to kick my butt into gear that last 2 weeks and I think I got it out of luck and water weight. I know next month is the hardest because you can no longer rely on water weight and the intitial shock for weight loss. I need to get more involved on the forum for support and encouragement.
