Richard, Are you getting ready for the DietBet? If you haven't done so, download the Bode App for free onto your computer and iphone or Android. It's easier to initially set it up on your computer. I would do it the day before the actual DietBet starts because the app will begin the day after you set it up. Plan your meals AND snacks. Make sure you are getting small amount of protein throughout the day. The Turbo carb cycling program is relatively easy. 2 days of low carb, 1 day high carb, 2 days low carb, 1 day high carb and then a guilt-free day.
