Non-scale victory of the week!
Had tacos, but I only had them and no other extras. I made a vat of food to keep me going through my super long days at work without having to eat nachos or pizza.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
water probably! and I would have liked to have had more exercise, but it was kinda impossible with my schedule.
