Non-scale victory of the week!

Had tacos, but I only had them and no other extras. I made a vat of food to keep me going through my super long days at work without having to eat nachos or pizza.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

water probably! and I would have liked to have had more exercise, but it was kinda impossible with my schedule.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I've been able to resist the majority of foods that I find tempting, except tacos. I have been getting out for a 5km walk/run 6 days out of 7 this week!!! And I totally crushed the water game this week!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Resisting tacos. I'm opening a store next week, so I've been stressed and didn't resist tacos that were offered. I also didn't get enough fiber in over the last few days.

Keep killing it with water, get in some more veg, keep trying to move my body more and stick with it!

Non-scale victory of the week!

Started a new General Manager gig. had training yesterday, pizza was provided but I ate a compliant lunch instead! I've resisted ice cream multiple times that my male went and got some. Had rice cakes instead of chips! Have definitely gotten my water in!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Had a few slip-ups. I think because I'm PMSing and I ALWAYS crave salt. I bought a chicken sandwich, so I wasn't totally compliant all week. But I can do better! and I want to!

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Meal prep lunches for work, get my exercise in even if it's walking. Drink all the water! Don't get hungry, because hungry = impulsive choices!
