I have lost hardly any weight the past month because I was working on my thesis and totally stressed. I felt like I couldn't handle watching my eating. Luckily I had already reached my goal, but still frustrating because I am not where I would like to be for my August wedding.

I've been eating OMAD (originally was enjoying the 21 day meal plan, but my brother is on leave and living with me, so I switched until he is gone) and it's been way easier than I thought! It's curbed my appetite a lot!

I worked hard ateetinf a daily calorie goal, so if I ate something high in calories, I didn't just accept it, I tried to make cuts elsewhere
