What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?
I feel like something always happens to sabotage my efforts. Anything from an injury to medication weight gain to donut Friday to self sabotage to over planning and not actually DOING anything. I think the most I have EVER followed any diet plan has been 4 days

Either first thing in the morning or right after work. Drink more water! half my weight ~105oz
