I had a strong urge to binge eat last night but I resisted

I have meal prepped for 6 out of 7 days this week.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could of gone to the gym more this week but I’m proud of myself for listening to my body & knowing when I shouldn’t go.

Staying motivated. I’ve been plateaued at the same weight for about 2 almost 3 months now, in the past I would drop 4-8 pounds a month but now it’s getting harder & harder.
