Non-scale victory of the week!
Last week was rough as I didn't make my weigh out. I was feeling deflated and very upset with myself. The next day I turned it around. This week I signed up for TWO DietBets! I am feeling more motivated as I will be on vacation starting tomorrow for 10 whole days! And I'm excited because I will not be chained to my desk. i can MOVE and AS MUCH AS I WANT TO! Yesterday I had 3 people tell me how good I looked. They didn't say "Did you lose weight?" or "That dress looks good on you." They said I looked good! Which means they were looking at me and seeing that I was putting out positive vibes. That makes me very happy indeed.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Although I don't need to be rigid in my eating, I do need to be consistent in picking healthy choices.
