Non-scale victory of the week!

I had my wisdom teeth removed on Thursday and knew I wouldn’t eat the most healthy so I ate super healthy up until Thursday ☺️

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have bought some more healthy non-chew snacks for after the surgery, I basically lived off ice cream and canned soup the past 4 days

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Try and go to the gym again to see how far I can go with my surgery. I’ll be going to my yoga class on Tuesday and am excited to see how it’ll go.

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Definitely the eating part. I either eat nothing or everything, no in between. And of course the "everything" isn’t fruit & veggies but junk food!

I’m flying to Japan on Sunday and I will do a lot of sightseeing but no exercise, so I want to walk 10.000 steps every single day.
