i am on week 6 of no alcohol. i love it.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

wish i had gone to the gym more. but I also was dog sitting so we went on lots of walks

Non-scale victory of the week!

I started my period today and the last few days were the worst with cravings but I resisted going over board!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I had a sinus cold/sore throat all week and I did not work out as much as I wanted. Only went once. I miss the gym. Did some yoga at home tho.

I fit into my skinnier jeans. they are tight still but I couldn't even get them on before! yay!

not went out drinking on Sunday!

no drinking and keep under 1200 calories every day! I have a stupid cold so I'd be happy with gym maybe 2 times.

workout 3-4 times, eat less than 1200 calories a day, no alcohol, and sleep good. Meditate too!
