Something truly wild happened, and I'm so happy I'm shaking.

Did a weigh in this morning, and I am officially under 350 lb for the first time in over 5 years (at 28 years old). In all my yo-yo dieting BS over the years since, I finally feel like I'm doing this right! And it shows!!

So so so so happy for you!!!! I am in my sixties now and had the same struggles early in life as you. Keep it up and always remember you are beautiful outside no matter what anyone ever tells you at any size. The weight loss is to be healthy not to make you more beautiful. Praying for you.

What great progress!

That's a truly incredible feeling! Congratulations! I remember that feeling very well! Keep going, u can truly get there! I was almost 400lbs at one point in my 20s. I am now 41, and I am under 25lbs of seeing the 250s. And I can not wait! Stay strong, as we are in this together!!! :muscle:

  • Scrambled eggs and Greek yogurt, after starting the day off with a Fairlife nutrition protein shake.

Today I'm focusing on fueling and MOVING my body! Will be out in the garden after work, and hoping to get some strength training in there too. How are you going to move your body today?

  • Eating to nourish, and eating for joy 💪 this was my main meal today, and by bedtime I was peckish. Had a portion of sweet chili doritos and some celery with pb (the significance being that me a year ago would have just had 3x as many chips!) Working to elevate, not restrict <3

That looks so good! How did you season the chicken?

Kristin E.

It's actually salmon! I use a tbsp of lite mayo, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, Dill and a couple drops of lemon. Baked for about 25 minutes, broil for the last 3 minutes to crisp things up. Sooooo tender and falls apart perfectly.

  • Happy Monday! It's Day 1 - LET'S DO THIS!

I'm thrilled to be here to motivate, help answer questions and encourage you in reaching your goals! And remember, we are strongest when we cheer each other on!

Now is the time to take a moment to set some personal goals for this game. Once you've determined what your goals are (drink more water, workout goals, practice gratitude, sleep routine, etc), the key to success is having a SOLID PLAN in place. Studies show that putting it in writing helps.

Let us know your plan for success!

I love the variety here! They are good reminders of what works!

My goal was exercising more and keeping my nutrition on point. I have made good strides in both!

Today is the day…. Day 1 let’s get this show on the road. It takes your body about 30 days to form a new habit. All we have to do is take it one step at a time you got this each day will become easier mind over matter

My biggest reminder is to not let one 'bad' day, or even one 'bad' meal ruin all my other progress! I'll be going hard this round, let's do this!

Kristin- I can totally relate... We just have to remember that IT'S WHAT WE DO AFTER the not-so-great meal or not-so-great day that's important!
