What are your goals for the upcoming week?
This week starts not only a new year but a new decade. I turn 50 in April, so this is really a pivotal year for me in my health. This year will help define my health for the rest of my life, if I don't use it I will most definitely lose it. No more pain is my goal, move so I can keep moving and enjoy my life more. Eat to nourish my body not kill my body. Rest fully so I can recharge and embrace all of the activities in life not sit on the sideline and watch it all go by.
