Non-scale victory of the week!

Ran 3.5 miles without stopping! Slow, but so much fitter than I was a few months ago. Coping with stress well too, and making sleep a priority.

I need more food variety if I am going to stay in this for the long haul.

Still running. Got grocery shopping in. Focusing on prepping mentally for the long haul.

Still not thrilled with my meal planning. Prepping life to lower stress could also help!

Non-scale victory of the week!

"My First 5k" on Runkeeper had me do 15 intervals of 90 seconds running with 30 seconds of rest... and I did! My initial goal of running 100% of a 5k without stopping is getting closer!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Still can't quite seem to get my diet in check. Still learning about my body and my keto/IF plan. Losing weight a little slower than I expected.
