Getting started, being committed even though I don't want to be, but here I am, doing it, again.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Water is usually my biggest challenge, I did drink more than usual, but not enough.

Honestly, "Just keep goin, just keep going" I would love to have lost a few kg at least, this is technically my third day, and I am not seeing results yet, although I am feeling the stiffness.
