I resisted ordering takeout all week! Cooking at home for healthier results!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have avoided soda this week but I didn't. Not buying soda when I go grocery shopping so I don't have the temptation nearby.

I noticed my stomach is getting smaller, my boobs officially stick out more than my stomach!

I feel that I can eat healthier this week. Less sugar, less late eating, smaller portions.

I have started exercising, but it is small spurts.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Eating. I have been stress eating and eating late at night. I loose and gain.

Stop eating by 7pm. Stop stress eating. Exercise everyday. Hit 10,000 steps everyday. Get more sleep (6hours daily).

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

The thing I find most challenging in reaching my long term weight loss goals is self control. I will be okay for a day or two then I get a craving and end up over eating.
