ate a small sandwich and sugar snap peas for lunch all week.

Could have stood strong against the sugar cravings. I had ice cream and candy almost every day.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?
Take it easy and heal my neck and shoulder. I pulled a muscle/pinched a nerve (answer to be determined once I have the MRI next week.) Currently, I struggle to move my left arm and in continuous pain so not doing much.
