I was able to pull out a couple new pairs of jeans that I was waiting to shrink into and they fit great! It is nice to have pants that don’t fall down just from the weight of a phone in my pocket. Also, I successfully resisted all Christmas sweets and dinner foods that I wished I could eat.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I’m still eating kind of a lazy keto diet, but I’ve had a lot more carbs this week in the form of grain-free tortillas that I eat as breakfast burritos. I’ve had some stressful times, and the holidays, and my period started, so breakfast burritos are a totally fine “cheat”, of all things, but I think they do slow my weight loss and I will probably not make it under 150 by the new year if I continue eating them right now. It may already be too late for that.
