I worked out almost every day and pushed myself to do the work even when I didn’t want to

this week was great - amazing workouts and almost every meal was healthy

I could’ve stopped myself from eating ice cream last night haha

It’s nice to see the shift on the scale. after my trip I was scared I would make no progress. it’s only been a couple of days but I’ve been very mindful! only healthy snacks when I feel like I NEED to eat something, especially on my period.

Non-scale victory of the week!

this week I was traveling in Denver and isuallt I don’t have the motivation to stay on track and make the best choices, but I actually went to the hotel gym and I was aware of all my food choices the entire trip. I felt proud

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have even been more conscious during some parts of the trip but this was such specific circumstance I just have to be okay with what it was

this week I packed all my meals and didn’t pay for a single one! i resisted the urge to eat out
