What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Keeping it off. I start every Jan back at higher weight. And this year I somehow gained 10 pounds MORE over holidays despite working out every single day and controlling my holiday splurge. SHOCKED to enter this starting weight.
