I know how you feel. I gained 60 pounds in 6 months from antidepressants several years ago. Only took them for a year, but it has been extremely difficult to lose this weight. Less than 1200 calories/day and frequent workouts, or I can gain 2-3 pounds in a day. Just the same, by now I have lost 35 pounds, so I am more than halfway there.
I do not mention weight/loss to friends, because everyone - especially the thin ones - has advice, and no one understands that I am truly a disciplined person, just one with a problem I am consistently working on. They assume I must be eating crap. Fact is, I eat much less than my thin friends. I also doubt that my longstanding thyroid condition is totally corrected by meds.
DietBet is a great tool for me, as it gives me goals and is totally anonymous.
BTW, I am “full-figured” but do not like Lane Bryant bras. Try a big Macy's etc. and try Lilyette and Bali minimizer underwire bras.
Keep it up! You will do it!
