Non-scale victory of the week!
had a couple treat days but ate clean instead of foods that foods would trigger me to give up! it worked ! i maintained my weight and didn’t feel guilty!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I could have been more consistent at the gym. I cut down my workout time and didn’t do any weights which I know is just as important as cardio just wasn’t feelin it this week.
