Non-scale victory of the week!
I walked 5 miles in the rain & 18:4 intermittent fasting every day for a week while still following a ketogentic diet. I didn’t think I had it in me but did it! that was HARD!

honestly, I worked my butt off this week but it anything I need to get more sleep!
