I got my steps in more days than not. My jeans fit better.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I walked over 10K steps a day Monday-Thursday, with two days being closer to 20K.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I was on vacation so I let myself eat some treats. I just wish I would have stuck to my fasting windows better.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I did intermittent fasting the whole week. I did 5 Beachbody workouts. I also did sparring twice and weights once. I did a stair run.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I missed a few days of Shakeology. I didn't get enough water. I ate unhealthy food in between fasts. I only walked 3 or 4 times. I didn't get enough sleep.

l did a kettleball workout! I also bought some sports bras so I could do more high-impact exercises.

I could have eaten less junk, even with intermittent fasting.
