Non-scale victory of the week!
Had a really terrible day at work. In the past I would have wanted to eat or drink these feelings. I did not resort to food as a mode of comfort. This is a huge victory!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
More exercise. The waking isn’t enough to get me the results I want in the time frame that I’ve given myself.
