I bought 11 pairs of second hand bottoms for 20 bucks. I did work out this week, but I overate a lot.

I could get up earlier and actually get an hour exercise in.

I overate two or three times, so if I could just stop instead of idly eating or eating because it tastes good, that'd be great.

I'm not craving much. I've noticed that when I see people eating food I used to eat, I now just associate the junk food with how I'll feel if I eat it, which is usually bloating and gassy.

I'm not sure there was one. it's been an overall kinda crappy week that I've just tried to survive without eating too much

I didn't exercise at all. I could have... I definitely should have. I also didn't have the healthiest choices in food and overate a few times.
