Non-scale victory of the week!

I found out how to make keto ice cream and it’s been significantly helping with my sugar cravings not quite as good as the real thing but it definitely works! I also bought a new car!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I slept in late a lot this week, I got my exercise in but I’d like to be more productive on a daily basis

Non-scale victory of the week!

I took my cat to the vet and passed my favorite doughnut place I REALLY wanted to stop but decided not to! It might seem like a small win but I was really proud of myself.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I’m doing keto and I had a few cheats, I’m definitely missing and craving sugar A LOT! I gave into cravings a few times but overall did pretty good. This week I would like to focus on my willpower and discipline.
