well I don't really have an excuse. I went to my brothers funiral in Winnipeg. 2 day's drive snacking all the time since we didn't stop to eat just to sleep. Once there, I eat what there was, tried to make better choises but I would of had to do a whole lot more groceries and the trip cost enough as it is. Had a probleme on resisting junk food because the energy levels were low and the the emotions were high. So I fell off the wagon as they say.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I could have moved more, but the energy levels were so low I didn't move and the pain so bad I could bearly walk (emothions really attack my nerves)
