Non-scale victory of the week!

Super nutrient rich new diet. Some stronger morning workouts plus eclipsing 14k steps every day. Lots of playtime with my kids and better sleep.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Coild have warmed up better before “extreme” workout. Sidlined me for a day.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Had oral surgery that has restricted my ability to exercise. Doing an ok job fasting also hard with pain meds. But I’ve tried to keep active and eating a plant based diet.

Will be a hard week with my wife back to work. I will try and exercise 3 times. We haven’t had a working refrigerator in 2 weeks. That will change and help.

Lack of proper sleep. Parenting two small children isn’t easy. Enough excuses I can do this!

My son starts camp at a farm. So this week I really plan to dive into a more plant based diet. I also plan on doing HIIT workouts 4 days while intermittent fasting every day!
