What do you feel you could have done better this week?
my nutrition. I won my last diet bet and I tend to ācelebrateā by eating unhealthy foods because I ādeserve itā. That makes me gain back some of the pounds I lost. I really need to learn healthier ways of rewarding myself that donāt compromise my weight loss journey.
