Non-scale victory of the week!

I started The Gauntlet with Jillian Michaels first thing in the morning. This way I have my entire year planned out and I don’t have to think about it. Also my workout for the day is DONE and I don’t have to worry about when I’ll get my exercise in.

I did a little bit of yoga.

I’m not doing well with this Transformer, I did sign up for a second Transformer because I want to lose this vanity weight.

I’m starting a new Transformer and I’m planning on completing Piyo. I think I put too much pressure on myself and tried workouts that were dreaded and not fun. I’m changing that this time around
