Keep up the hard work and great job on weighing in frequently to yourself accountable! I've lost a HUGE amount of weight and the best thing you can do is jog and watch your sodium & carb intake just as much as your calorie intake. I primarily eat fresh fruits, fresh veggies and proteins. Keep up the hard work!! You will get there!!!
