Non-scale victory of the week!
I'm proud that I made it this round, even though it was just barely. I didn't weigh myself for a few weeks cause I was afraid to, I thought I hadn't progressed since I was ongoing a mourning process. But I had lost weight, somehow, and I'm proud I didn't give up to emotional eating

more workouts obviously, but my body couldn't handle it now
