What are your goals for the upcoming week?
Last week was my birthday and I ate some garbage. I’m struggling to not binge when I get home from work (at night) after bartending. I’m going to KISS and try to not binge or eat after work just this week. Maybe the short amount of time will help me slowly change this habit. It is not serving me!
