hey there! Glad to see you did your workout! It's definitely inspiring to read posts here. And it helps keep you accountable, too. I've won several bets here, this works for me. First of all I HATE to lose money, but also everyone is so motivating and supportive. You can do it too, just take it a day at a time. Small changes will really add up. :)
