Non-scale victory of the week!
I had one day I was really proud of myself. I was at the store, and I was super hungry. I resisted all temptations and got out of there with a lot of fruit and vegetables, and some salmon.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I had some cake this week, and also are more than last week. I still need to eat something more healthy in the evenings.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?
This coming week I should make sure I get enough sleep, so my day doesn't get shifted too much. Should also get some more exercise, so I hope my cold let go soon.
