I have been overwhelmed with school and haven't weighed in here for weeks. I've tried to stick to my diet as best I can and I can see results slowly. But I did fit into a size 12 dress :)

I haven't been getting a lot of sleep like I should but I've been sticking to my diet and meal prepping.

Dude look....I am so busy right now. I was baking for 14 hours yesterday. I've been baking and cooking for the last 5 hours today and I am still going now. I have a cake in the oven and I still have to make a cheesecake. I have classes starting Tuesday. Pretty sure my time is being stretched too thin. I'm losing weight cause I don't have time to eat and if I do, it's quick meals like a salad so at least it's healthy. I did have this salad the other day though with shrimp...fire!!!! I'm trying really hard to eat healthy and keep on track with meal planning. I only messed up once this week so I did pretty dang good for me.

So, I definitely did not meal plan this week but I do have my next week all planned out starting on Monday! Baby steps? Also, I went grocery shopping today. It was packed. I did not hit one single person with my shopping cart. I did throw out an f-bomb and my rbf was on point. But physical violence, not today!

Not gone grocery shopping haha just kidding. Planned my meals and stop letting my hectic schedule dictate my excuses.

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I keep flip flopping. I do so well for a week or two and then eat my body weight in cheese. It's like I give up on myself on a weekly basis.
