I must tweak my snacking habit in afternoons. I tend to just keep eating.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Well, I'm back after a long break from these and see I'm only up 2 lbs. So that's something--now to get serious again and go down on my way where I need to be.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I need to be consistent. Get back on my exercise routine which I have let slip the past month.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I am working out regularly and being mindful of what I am eating. . .even if it is something I shouldn't have. That way I get cxcc a taste of it and dont eat a ton of it!! Lol!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I still need to tweak what I am eating. More fruits and vegetables are on the goal list thisxweek.
